Lack of a Bio-Socio-Economic Health Model

The Bio-Socio-Economic Health Model (BSEHM) is a key component to the future of successful social services. The understanding and appreciation and coordination of a model of social health that includes the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH). At this time there is a lack of coordination around the various elements that make up a socially integrated individual. A more integral approach to our social services will go a long way in helping government create social policies which have a chance at actually addressing the issues directly and successfully.
